How many times have you looked at your life only to realize that you are still doing the same things that weren’t working years ago? I bet, one too many times. I understand that change is very hard, but comes a time, though, when old habits and patterns are obsolete, or when circumstances change enough so that they don’t work the way they used to. There will always be times in our lives when we need to reinvent ourselves. This could come when we experience big changes, such as moving on from relationships, starting a new career, losing a loved one, or dealing with a health issue. You probably feel kind of unfulfilled, not fully present, and you’re constantly questioning your decisions, behavior, choices, habits, and actions. In short, life I presenting you with more questions than answers, and this feels kind of unsettling.
