Do you ever notice how easy it is for us to blame others?
We blame others for our unhappiness, frustrations, anguish, pain. We blame people for just about everything.
Our parents, friends, family, spouses, and ex-lovers.
Whenever something doesn’t workout the way we want it to, we immediately go to blame.
As Freud would say, “Blame is a self-defense mechanism”
Projecting the hateful feelings towards ourselves, onto others.
It is so much easier to put the responsibility on others, rather than ourselves.
Blaming does not solve anything and unless we hold ourselves accountable for everything in our lives, what we put in, is what we get out.
